Big Ole Hairy Friday

Yes it is once again that time of the week that we all look foreword to, when we can take time to cease the labors for the week and take a little bit of needed time out to enjoy the fruits of those labors. It is once again the dawn of another weekend, and a Big Ole Hairy Friday.

Yes it is that time in Northern West Virginia. The smell of buckwheat emanates from the east and the Preston County Buckwheat Festival is under way in Kingwood. I personally love buckwheat cakes, Michelle not so much. Hayley and Jared went last night, and that was her introduction to the Preston County delicacy.

Looking for some football? We got football tonight. The 4-0 Morgantown Mohigans travel to three time defending State Champions Martinsburg in what could very well be round 1 of who will win this years title. I'll go as far as to say today that the winner of this game will be the state champion for this season. Parkersburg South visits Morgantown to take on the University High Hawks and Clay Battelle travels to St. Johns, OH to play.
