Yes it is once again that time of the week that we all look foreword to, when we can take time to cease the labors for the week and take a little bit of needed time out to enjoy the fruits of those labors. It is once again the dawn of another weekend, and a Big Ole Hairy Friday!
Well with
BOPARC's Summer of fun completed and High School Football not really starting until next week, there is no Friday events that I will be talking about this week. Next week Morgantown and University High School are both home to open up their 2015 seasons.
If you are looking for something to do this weekend look no further than right here. Tomorrow night at Wesmon Park in Westover the Koon family is going to have a Lantern and Butterfly Release with all proceeds going to the Johnny Koon Brain Tumor Research Fund at WVU Children's Hospital. Michelle and I are planning on attending this year and I know I had a few other relatives who attended the event last year. It's a great time to bring out your camera and get a majestic shot or two as the lanterns are set to be released.
No big plans for Michelle and I this weekend, we are counting down until we set sail on our cruise in just a few short weeks.
