It is once again that time in north central West Virginia that we all look forward to. It's a time when fresh sage sausage and is on the stove and the smell of Buckwheat Cakes tickle the nasal passages as we all forget our diets for a day or two. The 2009 Buckwheat Festival kicks of this morning at 8:00 AM and will include the traditional Firemans's Parade this evening.
I'm sure we will be making our traditional track to Kingwood sometime before this weekend is over with for my once a year Buckwheat Cakes meal!!!!
