Wow, what a game. I was pulling for the underdog New York Giants to pull the upset over the New England Patriots, but common sense told me that the Patriots would not only win, but win big. It was a hard fought game, but the New York Giants won 17-14 to claim the Super Bowl Championship and deny the Patriots place in history as being the only 19-0 team in NFL history.
Funny thing is, I heard the patriots applied to copy write the term "19-0", I wonder how that worked out for them.
Eli Manning followed up his brothers effort last year when HE won not only the Super Bowl, but the MVP award too. The irony is that they are both sons of probably the best QB on bad teams in history. Archie Manning was a great one, but played his whole career on the worst teams in the NFL.
Congrats Giants.
