Tonight at 7:30 on ESPN, West Virginia and Pitt will be playing football for the ninety-ninth time in the Backyard Brawl. This has always been a big game for WVU and we have always considered Pitt the team that we hate the most, even though there is a Palko playing QB for Pitt. WVU and Pitt was the first college football game ever broadcast over the airwaves by KDKA out of Pittsburgh.
Last Season WVU just flat out embarrassed our brother from the north when Pat White rushed for 220 Yards and Steve Slaton added an additional 179 yards in shredding the pathetic Pitt defense last season 45-13.There is a cute little story for all of you to enjoy about the Evil Pitt Empire, it has been around a few years.
