Saturday Morning Ramblings

Here I sit in a semi-quiet household. Peanut and Kiwi had one of their all-night board games. Right now they are in an intense game of Battleship and trying to figure out each other's strategies. I think Kiwi is cheating with his birds-eye view every time that Peanut yawns from being up all night. 

We put Pearl in the shop yesterday at Hartsells, part of the exhaust had come undone, and we took it to Brian to have it repaired. He always does great work, and to tell you the truth, I can remember going there when it was an Esso station years ago with Grandpa Hall to get gas. I graduated with Brian and have been friends with him for going on 50 years. 

So what is on today's agenda? Breathing a little easier as the WVU students are out of town on Spring Break!!!! I don't know who is happier, them for being on Spring Break or me that most of them are gone for the week. Traffic should be less backed up for the next week. Michelle will be doinggrocery shopping and me, I'll be me.
